100 Woodville Road, originally home to Scosa’s headquarters, has been transformed into a vibrant new community of 40 townhouses north-west of Adelaide.
The project, which began its approval process in 2020, was completed in stages using a dynamic mix of materials to achieve a modern yet cohesive design. As part of this transformation, we constructed the street running through the development and implemented all essential services to bring this community to life.⁠
