This project involved facilitating the entire knockdown-and-rebuild process for these two new custom homes at West Beach. We worked closely with the original owners of the land to develop a design that involved demolishing their original dwelling, finding a purchaser for the subdivided adjacent block and creating a new home that maximised their ocean views, reflected their contemporary design goals and met their needs.
