This project involved facilitating the entire process of the knockdown and rebuild for these two new Custom Homes at West Beach. We worked closely with the original owners of the land to develop a design that involved demolishing their original dwelling, finding a purchaser for the subdivided adjacent block and creating a new home that maximised their Ocean views, reflected their contemporary design goals and met their needs.
