With over 25 years of experience in residential construction and management, Chris guides clients through the initial design phase of the build and confidently translates their initial concept into a refined home design that will receive development approval. With constant and clear communication, intuitive design, expert market knowledge, and an extensive understanding of material costs, Chris consistently delivers project proposals that reflect the client’s design goals, taste and budget.
